API credentials or tokens
Workflow contents

3. Credential Storage

All credentials for connecting to your business systems are stored in your operating system's encrypted keychain (macOS Keychain or Windows Credential Manager). These credentials:

Are never transmitted to our servers
Are protected with 256-bit AES encryption
Remain entirely under your control

We collect only minimal information necessary for service operation:

License Information: License key and activation status
